About the Event

The San Diego FBA is pleased to host a panel of experienced immigration practitioners to discuss the current state of immigration law, policy, and litigation. The panel will discuss recent changes in immigration law and policy; current and anticipated federal litigation; the Laken-Riley Act, other immigration policy issues and their practical effects; and local U.S./Mexico border issues related to detention centers and unaccompanied minors. The panel will also discuss opportunities for attorneys and the community at large to engage in local immigration efforts.
