About the Event
The San Diego Federal Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California are pleased to present the Eighteenth Annual Judith N. Keep Federal Practice Seminar. The annual seminar is dedicated to the memory of former U.S. District Judge Judith N. Keep, who served as a District Judge in the Southern District of California for over twenty years and as the District's first female Chief Judge from 1991 to 1998.
This year’s seminar will feature welcome remarks from Ninth Circuit Chief Judge Mary H.
