About the Event
The event will feature Judicate West neutrals and former U.S. Magistrate Judges Hon. William V. Gallo (Ret.) and Hon. Nita L. Stormes (Ret.), as well as U.S. Magistrate Judge Steve B. Chu. The panelists will discuss the art of mediation, including best practices for preparing for and representing your clients at mediation sessions, whether before a private mediator or a judicial officer.
