About the Event

Part One of the Civil Series will discuss various aspects of investigating and preserving a case.  The panel aims to cover topics, including interviewing clients, the ethical duty to reasonably investigate, pre-filing negotiations, and data retention policies.

The panel will be moderated by Jack Burns, Associate, Sheppard Mullin LLP, and feature the following speakers:
