Virtual Courtroom Conversation with U.S. Magistrate Judge Barbara L. Major

During this virtual Courtroom Conversation, in addition to discussing her path to the federal bench and her experience as a magistrate judge, Judge Major will focus her presentation on consenting to magistrate judge jurisdiction. This program will also include comments from Judge Major's law clerks and courtroom deputy regarding navigating criminal and civil matters in Judge Major's courtroom.
