2020 Supreme Court Case Review Featuring Dean Erwin Chemerinsky

On November 10, 2020, the San Diego Chapter presented "2020 Supreme Court Case Review Featuring Dean Erwin Chemerinsky." Chemerinsky is the Dean of Berkeley Law, where he serves as the Jesse H. Choper Distinguished Professor of Law. In the webinar hosted on Zoom, Dean Chemerinsky reviewed the momentous October 2019–2020 Supreme Court term. He discussed significant cases concerning abortion rights, civil rights litigation, COVID-19, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), the Electoral College, free exercise of religion, and presidential immunity from subpoenas. Dean Chemerinsky also previewed several upcoming cases from the October 2020 term. Finally, Dean Chemerinsky answered questions from webinar participants.
