On December 8, 2020, the San Diego Chapter hosted the third part of its three-part series on civility in the law: "Promoting Civility in the Legal Profession." Hosted on Zoom, the webinar focused on how institutions and members in the legal profession can increase civility for all practitioners. Topics included how offices can address incivility from new and experienced attorneys and how attorneys can promote civility through their interactions with clients.
The Hon. Dana M. Sabraw, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District, moderated a panel discussion that included Deke Falls, Chief Trial Attorney, Federal Defenders, Inc.; David Leshner, Chief of Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney's Office; Wynter L.
