Presented in collaboration with the University of San Diego School of Law, the event will showcase expert discussions on a variety of emerging issues in class action law, including securities, employment, and privacy law. The Hon. Anthony J. Battaglia will serve as the keynote speaker. Other panelists include Ninth Circuit Appellate Judges, all Chief Judges of the California District Courts, and several prominent attorneys throughout California.
