The San Diego FBA, the San Diego Intellectual Property Law Association, the San Diego Chapter of ChIPs, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California proudly present the annual Mock Markman Competition.
Attorneys with four years or less in practice can compete by briefing and arguing the construction of four claim terms before judges of the United States District Court.
Register to compete by July 3, 2023. Scoring attorneys and volunteers are also needed.
