Zoom Webinar
Getting to, and through, trial is a big step toward resolving litigation—but getting (or losing) a judgment isn’t the last step in litigating a case. From the start of the litigation, attorneys should be mindful of what may come after a trial, and should be taking critical steps to lay the groundwork for it. This panel is presented by the Los Angeles FBA Chapter and features retired United States District Judges and Judicate West neutrals Larry A Burns and Margaret M. Morrow, and Greines, Martin, Stein & Richland Partner Alana H. Rotter. San Diego FBA members may attend for free remotely on Zoom.
