Pursuant to the Southern District of California’s General Order 750, the Court is considering the appointment of one full-time United States Magistrate Judge, “contingent upon a vacancy in the office which will be created upon Magistrate Judge William V. Gallo's retirement in October 2023.”

The Magistrate Judge application must be e-mailed to John Morrill, Clerk of Court for the Southern District of California, at CASD_Executive@casd.uscourts.gov no later than June 16, 2023. See Pub.
